The 1st XV will once again be on the road this Saturday with another tough WRU Admiral Community Premiership fixture at Cross Keys.
The Green and Golds hit the top spot in the Premiership last weekend after a tough 17-12 win away at Newbridge in poor weather conditions.
They will return to the Gwent Valley this weekend hoping to consolidate their position but come up against a strong Keys outfit who have won five out of their last six outings and sit in fifth place in the ladder. They have recorded excellent wins at Llangenech and home to Narberth over the last two weekends. They have a strong forward pack and a skilful back line that will cause problems to any side that visit Pandy Park.
The early season fixture between the Clubs at Mount Pleasant Park was a real nailbiter with Beddau earning a 22-20 win thanks to a last second Callaghan Smith penalty goal.
The Beddau coaching team have made several changes from the win in the mud at Newbridge last weekend. In the front row Ethan Coombes and Gwilym Powell return. Danny Perry moves up from the back row to partner skipper Lloyd Evans which allows Sam Tiley to switch to blind side with Ellis Evans and Noah Davey also coming into the back row.
Lewis Jones returns to the starting line up at scrum half, whilst there are also welcome returns from injury for centre Tyler Wells and wing Jack Davis.

There is no game for the Athleitc but the Colliers will play their first game of the New Year when they entertain near neighbours Llantwit Fardre at Mount Pleasant Park in the Mid District league.
It was the green and golds who came out on top of the early season fixture at Central Park with a 33-7 win and they will be hoping for a similar performance this weekend to retain the bragging rights.
Once again the Colliers select a team of youth, experience and even some veterans. Ellis Dodd skippers the team from prop forward with old Club favourites Stephen Robinson and Chris Bundy featuring from the bench.
